How many simultaneous connections are supported?
You choose between 1 and 5 connections when you order. Each connection lets one device stream at the same time, so a 3-connection plan lets three screens watch at once. Compare every option on the pricing page.
What is the difference between 1 and 2 connections?
With 1 connection, one device can stream at a time. With 2 connections, two devices can stream at the same moment, for example the living-room TV and a phone. The channels, library and features are identical. A 12-month plan costs $75 with 1 connection and $99 with 2.
Do lifetime plans renew?
No. Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no renewals or recurring charges. They include the same channels, on-demand library, TV guide and support as the standard plans. Lifetime prices start at $230 for 1 connection. See lifetime plans.
Do monthly and yearly plans renew automatically?
Plans are ordered directly with our team on WhatsApp or Telegram. When a plan is close to ending, contact us to renew for the duration you want.
How does activation work?
