By ordering or using XCodes IPTV, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

XCodes IPTV provides an internet-delivered television and on-demand subscription. Features are described on our pricing and plan pages. Content line-ups can change over time.

Plans and connections

Each plan has a duration (1, 3, 6 or 12 months, or lifetime) and a number of connections.
A connection allows one device to stream at a time. Using more simultaneous streams than your plan allows is not permitted.
Login details are for your household only and must not be resold or shared publicly.
Lifetime plans are a one-time payment with no recurring charges, for as long as the service is offered.

Orders and payment

Orders are placed through WhatsApp or Telegram. Prices are in US dollars. Access starts once payment is confirmed and login details are sent.

Your responsibilities

You need a compatible device and a suitable internet connection. Streaming quality depends on your connection and equipment.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply where you live, including any TV licensing requirements, such as the UK TV Licence.
You must not use the service in a way that harms the service or other users.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and target 99.99% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, internet problems and events outside our control can affect availability.

Third-party devices and apps

XCodes IPTV is independent and not affiliated with device makers or third-party player apps. We are not responsible for changes made by those companies that affect compatibility.

Suspension

We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, for example through account sharing or exceeding your connection limit.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
